Job summary

Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical in Pensacola, FL is seeking a skilled Plumbing Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, install systems and water heaters, and perform routine maintenance across service calls.

You will present clear cost estimates to customers, keep a tidy, well-stocked vehicle, and contribute to a team-focused, growth-oriented work environment with paid training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• A valid driver’s license and approved to drive by Company’s insurance carrier.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Proven experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and correcting diverse plumbing service issues.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, water heaters, fixtures and drainage.
• Install plumbing systems, fixtures, appliances, and water heaters per local codes and company standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
• Provide clear explanations and cost estimates to customers before starting work.
• Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked service vehicle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

Education/Certification Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

$20 - $35 an hour
