Travis Crawford HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems. You will explain findings clearly, help homeowners understand options, and ensure a high-quality service on every call.

Qualifications

• Three years of residential plumbing service experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and safe work practices.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; dependable and team-oriented.
• Relevant licenses, certifications, or manufacturer training are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair leaks, fixtures, toilets, faucets, disposals and water-pressure problems.
• Clear drain stoppages and identify sewer-line concerns.
• Repair and maintain standard and tankless water heaters.
• Work with gas piping, water-quality equipment, and residential systems.
• Identify safety, code, and performance concerns and communicate options clearly.
• Deliver a respectful, professional customer experience on every call.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, estimates, and invoices.
• Communicate with dispatch and the team; keep vehicle organized.
• Participate in on-call rotation and ongoing training.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Plumbing Service Technician, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems while helping homeowners understand what is happening and what needs to happen next.

• Diagnose and repair leaks, fixtures, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, and water-pressure problems
• Clear drain stoppages and identify sewer-line concerns
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain standard and tankless water heaters
• Work with gas piping, water-quality equipment, and other residential plumbing systems
• Identify safety, code, and performance concerns
• Explain findings and appropriate options clearly and without pressure
• Deliver a respectful, professional customer experience on every call
• Maintain accurate service documentation, estimates, and invoices
• Communicate with dispatch, management, and the rest of the team
• Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked
• Participate in the on-call rotation and ongoing training
• Follow company safety, quality, and plumbing-code standards

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Three years of residential plumbing service experience requested, but not required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of residential plumbing systems and safe work practices
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company requirements
• Dependable, self-motivated, and ready to be part of a team
• Commitment to quality workmanship and doing the right thing
• Relevant licenses, certifications, apprenticeships, or manufacturer training are a plus
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
