Len The Plumber Heating & Air is seeking experienced Residential Plumbing Service Technicians to diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems in Beltsville, MD. This on-site role offers a competitive hourly rate, a sign-on bonus, and a company vehicle for home dispatch.

We value skilled professionals who prioritize safety, customer service, and quality workmanship. A valid driver’s license and at least two years in residential plumbing are required.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, diagnostics, repairs, and installations.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend solutions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/diagrams.
• Comfortable using technology to document service calls.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; trade school or plumbing certifications are a plus.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.
• Perform plumbing repairs and installations, including water heaters, piping systems, drains, and related components.
• Identify plumbing issues and recommend effective, long-term solutions that meet customer needs.
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options, providing clear explanations and professional recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building trust and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company service vehicle.
• Accurately document service calls, repairs, and completed work.
• Follow all applicable plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Collaborate with dispatch, service management, and other team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of residential plumbing service experience required.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, diagnostics, repairs, and installation techniques.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional, solutions-oriented approach.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and plumbing diagrams.
• Comfortable using technology to document service calls and communicate with the team.
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; trade school education or plumbing certifications are a plus.
