Leaky’s Water & Air is seeking a Plumbing Service Supervisor to lead the service and repair side of our plumbing business. The role focuses on service, repair, and larger projects, with most time spent in the field alongside crews, estimating jobs, and ensuring timely completion.

Office staff handle administrative tasks. You will take jobs from estimate through completion, coordinate dispatch, manage materials and manpower, and mentor junior plumbers while driving profitability and customer

Qualifications

• Journeyman plumber or higher license is required.
• Strong plumbing service and repair experience.

Leaky’s Water & Air is looking for a Plumbing Service Supervisor to help lead the service and repair side of our plumbing business.

We have two main parts of our plumbing department: new construction and service and repair. This position is focused on service, repair, and larger plumbing projects.

We need someone who knows plumbing, works hard, and can get things done. This person will help take jobs from the estimate all the way through completion.

This is not much of an office job. You will spend most of your time in the field helping crews, estimating jobs, managing jobs, solving problems, and making sure the work gets completed correctly. We already have office staff to handle most of the administrative work.

What You’ll Do
