This full-time role offers a pay range of $75,000 to $100,000 per year, plus base pay, commissions, SPIFs, and benefits such as health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, vacation, a company vehicle, gas card, phone and uniforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate solutions and close service-related sales.
• Valid Indiana driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented attitude.
• Plumbing license preferred (or currently pursuing licensure).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service residential plumbing systems
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on water heaters, softeners, fixtures, and piping systems
• Provide clear repair and replacement options to homeowners
• Prepare accurate quotes for service and installation work
• Offer financing options when appropriate
• Use company-provided tools to document and manage service calls
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service, as required
• Represent Summers with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
