Charles Towne Plumbing is actively seeking an experienced Service and Sales Technician in North Charleston, SC. You will diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems, build trust with homeowners, explain options clearly, and confidently recommend the right solutions while taking ownership of the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems.
• Handle leaks, clogs, drains, water heaters, fixtures, sewer issues and general repairs.
• Build rapport with homeowners and understand their needs.
• Explain problems and solutions clearly and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Take ownership of calls from start to finish using field-service software.
• Maintain a clean, stocked service vehicle and deliver professional workmanship.
