Smooth Waters Plumbing is seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team in the Midlands of South Carolina. You will handle residential and light commercial plumbing, including installation, maintenance, and repairs, while adhering to codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, providing three tier estimates with upfront pricing, and maintaining records. Strong communication and reliability are essential for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of residential service plumbing experience.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Pre-employment drug testing and background check.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls from residential clients in a prompt and professional manner.
• Diagnose plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, pipe bursts, and fixture malfunctions.
• Provide three estimates (Good, Better, Best) with upfront pricing and explain recommended solutions.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on plumbing systems, fixtures, water heaters, and sewage lines.
• Install new fixtures, appliances, and piping as needed.
• Conduct thorough inspections and advise on preventive measures.
• Maintain organized records of service calls and materials used.
• Follow safety protocols and industry regulations while on-site.
