Responsibilities

• Execute the Two-Man Sales Process with a partner to prospect, qualify, present solutions, handle objections, and close.

• Conduct field visits to deliver product presentations, prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
• Maintain an accurate CRM to track activity, quotes, visits, pipeline, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with inside sales, operations, purchasing, and management to ensure customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a high-performing Plumbing Sales Supervisor - Drain and Sewer Division to join our field sales team. This is a results-driven position for a proven producer who can generate revenue, develop accounts, and deliver measurable sales growth. What You’ll Do

• Execute the Two-Man Sales Process: Work collaboratively with a sales partner to prospect, qualify, present solutions, overcome objections, and close opportunities.
• Drive Revenue & Territory Growth: Develop new contractor, builder, developer, and plumbing-industry accounts while expanding existing customer relationships.
• Field Execution & Quoting: Conduct customer and job-site visits to deliver product presentations, prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close profitable business.
• Pipeline & CRM Discipline: Maintain an accurate CRM system to track sales activity, quotes, customer visits, pipeline development, and conversion rates.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with inside sales, operations, purchasing, and management to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.

Who You Are

• Plumbing Industry Veteran: 5+ years of experience selling plumbing products, fixtures, fittings, pipe, valves, or related building products (REQUIRED).
• Two-Man Sales Expert: Demonstrated mastery and hands-on experience executing within a two-man sales process (REQUIRED).
• Proven Producer: A track record of trackable sales achievement who knows how to create opportunities, close business, and "show us the numbers".
• Metrics & Results Driven: Comfortable working with sales quotas, gross margin targets, CRM systems, and clear performance metrics.

• Are looking to simply maintain existing accounts rather than actively hunting for new business.
• Lack hands-on experience or familiarity operating within a two-man sales process.
