WHAT YOU BRING TO OUR FRANKLIN TEAM (ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS):

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales or customer service position is preferred.

• A highly motivated, competitive spirit, and a strong drive to excel in a sales-focused role.
