Job summary

Charlie Mike Recruiting is seeking a Plumbing Project Manager to oversee end-to-end plumbing projects, from conception through completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality workmanship.

The role requires a strong background in plumbing systems, construction management, and exceptional communication to lead crews, coordinate with subcontractors, and manage client expectations across multiple sites. OSHA certification or equivalent is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in plumbing or construction project management.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and local building codes.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Valid plumbing license or certification (preferred).
• OSHA or equivalent safety certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams to meet specs.
• Review blueprints, specs, and building codes.
• Supervise plumbing crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Lead regular project meetings to align with goals.
• Monitor safety and ensure compliance with standards.
• Handle client communications and provide project updates.
• Approve purchase orders and subcontractor agreements.
