• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Valid plumbing license or certification preferred.
• OSHA or safety certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure code compliance.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specs, and building codes.
• Supervise plumbing crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Conduct regular project meetings to align with goals.
• Monitor safety and ensure quality workmanship.
• Monitor expenses and address overruns; approve PO and subcontractor agreements.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and provide progress updates.
