Job summary

Jobot in Bozeman, MT is seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to lead large-scale plumbing projects in the construction sector. You will oversee design, coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and safety compliance from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of PM experience in plumbing, strong knowledge of heating, cooling, boilers, and MEP construction, plus proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plumbing Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, including heating, cooling, and boiler systems.
• Proficiency in MEP construction and project management.
• Previous experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of construction management and quality control principles.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and control resources to meet project goals.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
• Relevant certifications in project management and/or plumbing would be an added advantage.

• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure that work is progressing as planned and meeting all quality standards.
