Job Details / Responsibilities

• Develop complete, accurate estimates for plumbing construction projects of varying size and complexity
• Oversee assigned projects from initial bid preparation through final completion and closeout
• Manage all aspects of project execution including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and quality control
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures
• Maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts
• Carry direct profit-and-loss accountability for assigned projects
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes for customers and the organization

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry, specifically managing medium to large scale commercial construction projects
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems, codes, design, and construction for commercial buildings
• Comprehensive familiarity with all aspects of construction including technology, equipment, methods, estimating, scheduling, and safety
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday from the office in Madison, WI (no remote or hybrid flexibility)
