Job summary

The ideal candidate has a strong plumbing background, 5+ years in PM, and a valid license. You will read blueprints, ensure codes compliance, and coordinate with design and engineering teams to meet project specs and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in CM, mechanical eng, or related field.
• 5+ years in plumbing or construction PM.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems and local codes.
• Proficiency with scheduling and budgeting tools.
