Paces Restoration LLC is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Manager to grow relationships with plumbing companies in its service areas. You will work with the Mitigation division and other service providers to build long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities include developing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and presenting compelling proposals. Expect salary $50k–$75k with monthly commissions and benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years sales experience; not required but preferred.
• Customer service experience is a MUST.
• Knowledge of basic computer products and software systems.
• Ability to learn Albi/Sage/Slack and new tools quickly.

We are actively looking to hire an experienced, hard-working, and enthusiastic sales professional as an Outside Sales Manager. This manager will focus on building and developing relationships with plumbing companies in the areas that Paces services. This manager will work directly with our Mitigation division and build relationships with other companies in our area. This position focuses on creating long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships between our company and other service providers.

Plumbing Program Sales Manager Role Description and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to join a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Provide product information and support to customers
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Prepare and present sales proposals to customers
• Follow up with customers after the sale is completed
• Be flexible working before 8am and after 5pm and the possibility of working some hours on the weekends

Qualifications:

• At least 2+ years sales experience needed, but not required
• Customer service experience is a MUST
• Knowledge of basic computer products (Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to learn new software systems like Albi/Sage/Slack
• Professional and accurate oral/written communication skills, including positive, professional phone skills and etiquette, and professional correspondence through email and text
• Multi-tasking is a MUST
• Salary ranging from $50k to $75k (salary will slowly decrease as sales increase; this will happen over a 3-to-6-month time period)
• Monthly commissions
