Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and purchase goods, materials, equipment, and services within budgets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors for reliable service and pricing.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, delivery schedules, and terms to maximize savings.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing to prevent shortages.
• Review requisitions, prepare orders, and ensure procurement documentation accuracy.
• Track orders and shipments to ensure timely fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Conduct market research and vendor evaluations to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Warehouse and other departments.
• Maintain purchasing records and supplier files in compliance with policies.
