The position requires 5+ years in plumbing design or related fields, with strong knowledge of commercial systems and codes. Healthcare, industrial, and large-scale experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plumbing design, engineering, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and codes.
• Experience with healthcare, commercial, industrial, or large-scale projects.
• Ability to review construction documents and develop technical solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction activities and design coordination for plumbing systems.
• Review drawings, specs, BODs, and owner requirements for feasibility and cost.
• Develop conceptual plumbing designs and budget narratives.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, estimators, and operations teams.
• Support design-build/design-assist projects and value engineering.
• Assist in procurement planning and long-lead equipment evaluations.
