Qualifications

10+ years of commercial plumbing experience; Ohio/Kentucky/Indiana Master Plumber license strongly preferred.
2+ years in a supervisory, lead technician, or management role.
Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and service operations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a high-volume service environment.
Comfortable with technology.

Responsibilities

Manage daily plumbing operations, including repairs, troubleshooting, installations, and emergency service.
Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and workflow to optimize productivity.
Serve as a primary point of contact for key plumbing service accounts.
Assist in estimating and preparing proposals for service work.
Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes, OSHA standards.
