• Conducts performance reviews with each direct report and assists direct reports by holding their team members accountable to performance, behavior, and attendance standards.

Ensures vehicles in the fleet are maintained both mechanically and visually to company standards.

• Develops and delivers business plans to achieve budgeted sales and required profits
• Completes/reviews Daily Management Report (DMR)
• Directly supervises the Operations and Administrative Teams of the business and Sales Leadership to ensure all established goals (operations, sales, safety, customer satisfaction, etc.) are achieved
• Conducts performance reviews with each direct report and assists direct reports by holding their team members accountable to performance, behavior, and attendance standards
