• Experience estimating commercial plumbing and mechanical piping.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate plumbing and mechanical piping estimates.
• Review plans, specs, addenda, and bid documents.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and verify estimate accuracy.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing.
• Develop project costs including labor, materials, equipment, and allowances.
• Analyze schedules, site conditions, and client requirements.
• Prepare scopes of work, clarifications, and exclusions.
• Assist with final bid preparation and submission.
• Communicate bid scope and project requirements to stakeholders.
