Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct plan reviews of mechanical and plumbing designs for code compliance.
• Inspect plumbing, heating, and cooling installations for code conformity.
• Explain and enforce codes to homeowners, contractors and engineers.
• Record inspection results and issue notices for code violations.
• Coordinate with other departments for inspection coverage.
• Maintain safe, professional conduct on construction sites.
