Job summary

Sobieski New Homes is looking to hire a full-time Residential New Construction Plumber in Newark, DE to install plumbing systems in new home builds, including underground, roughs, and finals. This role includes helping train plumbing helpers and contributing to a growing team.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a journeyman plumber preferred.
• 3+ years of new home construction experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of residential plumbing construction and ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to install water lines, water heater, sinks, and toilets.
• Knowledge of applicable state codes.

Responsibilities

• Install plumbing systems in residential new construction including underground, roughs, and finals.
• Train plumbing helpers as needed.
• Partner with builders and team to ensure quality installations.

Location: Newark, DE

Sobieski New Homes is looking to hire a full-time Residential New Construction Plumber to win repeat business by doing quality installations of plumbing systems in residential new construction, including underground, roughs, and finals.
