Job summary

Sobieski New Homes, a division of J. F. Sobieski Mechanical Contractors, is looking to hire a full‑time Residential New Construction Plumber to win repeat business by doing quality installations of plumbing systems in residential new construction, including underground, roughs, and finals.

This person would also help train plumbing helpers. Our plumbers typically work 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with overtime expected during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Licensed journeyman plumber (preferred) or 5+ years of new home construction experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of residential plumbing construction and ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to install water lines, water heater, sinks, and toilets.
• Knowledge of applicable state codes.

Responsibilities

• Install plumbing systems in residential new construction, including underground, roughs, and finals.
• Train plumbing helpers.
• Work 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with overtime during peak periods.
• Maintain quality workmanship and comply with safety standards.
