Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning seeks a supervisor to manage service and installation activities at our Duluth branch to meet KPI targets. You will lead teams, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of HVAC projects for residential and commercial customers.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive HVAC experience, and excellent interpersonal skills to resolve customer concerns while upholding our safety standards and company policies.

• Extensive experience servicing and installing residential and commercial HVAC equipment.
• Strong knowledge of the HVAC/Refrigeration industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal, leadership and diplomacy skills to resolve customer concerns.
