• Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense and solve practical problems in plumbing work.

Responsibilities

• Instructs staff on proper plumbing procedures and tool use.
• Performs preventive maintenance and inspects facilities regularly.
• Manages materials and labor; maintains inventory of plumbing supplies.
• Ensures safety and codes compliance per state and district guidelines.
• Performs plumbing tasks inside and outside the physical plant; assists with repairs.
