Job summary

Big Brothers Home Services is seeking an experienced Plumbing Lead to oversee plumbing work on new construction and remodel projects in Utah. This hands-on role coordinates daily field activities, ensures quality workmanship, safety, and efficiency from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, extensive plumbing knowledge, and the ability to read construction documents. Responsibilities include mentoring apprentices, maintaining schedules, and reporting progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous plumbing experience in new construction and/or remodel environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead crews or coordinate field work.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, materials, and installation methods.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints.
• Working knowledge of plumbing codes and safety practices.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the role in a construction setting.

Preferred Qualifications
