HELP Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Plumbing Installer Technician to join our Mason, OH team. You will install residential plumbing equipment such as water heaters, tankless systems, and water treatment systems on a per-installation basis, with earnings potential of $75,000–$120,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of residential plumbing installation experience.
• Familiarity with plumbing codes, materials, tools, and installation techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and complete installations efficiently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing your time, working independently, and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license.

About The Role

With a piece-rate pay structure, your earnings are tied to the installation work you complete, giving you the opportunity to earn $75,000-$120,000 annually. We're looking for someone who takes safety seriously, pays attention to detail, and is committed to providing quality installations and an excellent customer experience.

What You'll Do

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on role that takes you into customers' homes and requires working in a variety of environments, including garages, attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops.

The Role Involves

• Lifting up to 75 pounds as needed.
• Working in tight spaces and varying environmental conditions.
• Maintaining the visual and hearing abilities necessary to perform job duties safely and effectively.

Pay Range: $75,000 USD - $120,000 USD
