Essig Plumbing & Heating is hiring a Residential Install Plumber to install and replace a variety of residential plumbing systems and equipment. You will use your technical and customer service skills to deliver safe, reliable, high-quality solutions in a local service territory.

You will complete projects independently or with a team, follow our Nexstar Service System, and ensure timely, accurate records and communication.

Formación

• Valid driver's license required.
• Journeyman Plumbing License preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, building codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, instructions, and rough drawings.
• Ability to independently complete installation projects.
• Strong understanding of piping systems including PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper.
• Proficient in basic mathematics and measurement conversions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Install and replace residential plumbing systems and equipment.

• Arrive on time, maintain time records, and communicate with dispatch and customers.
• Coordinate with customer service and dispatch to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep job sites clean and stocked service vehicles.
• Participate in training, meetings, and ongoing development.
• Order parts for return work accurately and promptly.
• Report completed jobs and opportunities to the Supervisor.
• Take ownership to ensure quality, safety, and workmanship.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Residential Install Plumber, you'll be responsible for installing and replacing a variety of residential plumbing systems and equipment. You'll use your technical expertise and customer service skills to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing water heaters, water conditioning equipment, well pumps, sewage pumps, and other residential plumbing systems.
• Completing installation projects independently or as part of an installation team.
• Following our established Nexstar Service System and procedures on every appointment.
• Arriving on time, maintaining accurate time records, and communicating effectively with dispatch and customer service.
• Working closely with our customer service and dispatch teams to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining clean, organized job sites and properly stocked service vehicles.
• Participating in company training, morning meetings, and ongoing professional development.
• Accurately and promptly ordering all necessary parts for return work.
• Reporting completed jobs, sold work, and unserved opportunities to the Department Supervisor.
• Taking ownership of your work and ensuring every installation meets our standards for quality, safety, and workmanship.
