Hobaica Services is seeking an experienced Plumbing Installer to join our Phoenix-area residential team. You will install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in homes, ensuring quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

With 2–4 years of residential plumbing installation experience, you will work independently or lead small crews, adhere to codes and safety standards, and communicate clearly with customers and teammates. A valid driver’s license is required.

Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Plumbing Installer with at least 2 years of residential installation experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and confident working independently or leading small crews. This role is perfect for a professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and related equipment in residential homes. Examples Water heaters/ Water treatment/ Tankless Systems
• Diagnose issues and repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning components.
• Ensure the safety of yourself and other installers working on same project, company vehicles, tools, and customer property at all times.
• Complete projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, dispatch, and management.
• Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures on all job sites.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of residential plumbing installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work efficiently, manage time, and multitask in fast-paced environments.

Work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Pay Range

$70,000 — $100,000 USD
