Job summary

John Moore is seeking a Plumbing Installer to manage installations and big plumbing projects in Houston. You will inspect systems with diagnostic tools, identify issues, and perform repairs with camera-assisted techniques.

Responsibilities include on-site troubleshooting, safe operation, and meticulous record-keeping while delivering quality service to clients. A strong customer-focused approach and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a residential plumbing installer or in a related field.
• Plumbing Tradesman or Journeyman License
• Strong mechanical acumen
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Job description

As a Plumbing Installer working with John Moore, you will be responsible for plumbing installations and big plumbing projects. You will troubleshoot issues by inspecting the system and using diagnostic equipment such as leak detection devices and sewer cameras. Once the problem is identified, make repairs using various techniques, including cameras.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Assemble and install plumbing systems.

Repair or replace defective components in plumbing systems, such as toilets, water heaters, and gas lines.

Perform routine maintenance tasks on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and water efficiency.

Respond to service calls and troubleshoot plumbing system problems on-site.

Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance tasks, and installations performed.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on plumbing systems. Install and connect plumbing equipment, including pipes, toilets, and drains.
