HomeTown Services in Houston, TX is seeking a Plumbing Installer to manage plumbing installations and large residential projects. You will troubleshoot system issues on-site using diagnostic tools such as leak detectors and sewer cameras, and perform repairs as identified.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, holds a Plumbing Tradesman or Journeyman license, and can communicate effectively with clients while maintaining safety standards and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a residential plumbing installer or in a related field.
• Plumbing Tradesman or Journeyman License
• Strong mechanical Acumen
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install plumbing systems.
• Repair or replace defective components in plumbing systems, such as toilets, water heaters, and gas lines.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and water efficiency.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot plumbing system problems on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance tasks, and installations performed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on plumbing systems. Install and connect plumbing equipment, including pipes, toilets, and drains.
• Selling, drain cleaning, re-pipes, and sewer services.
