Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Conroe, TX is seeking a skilled Plumbing Installer who takes pride in delivering excellent workmanship and top‑notch customer service. You will install water heaters (tank and tankless), water softeners, filtration systems, repipes, sewer and water service lines, fixtures, and gas lines, while maintaining a clean, safe work area and documenting work in ServiceTitan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing installation experience.
• Texas plumbing license (Tradesman or Journeyman preferred).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Professional appearance and communication.
• Commitment to doing the job right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Install water heaters (tank and tankless).
• Install water softeners and filtration systems.
• Perform whole-home repipes.
• Install sewer and water service lines.
• Install fixtures, faucets, toilets, and garbage disposals.
• Complete gas line installations.
• Perform excavation-related plumbing installations when required.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the job.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle.
• Complete all required documentation using ServiceTitan.
• Work closely with technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience.
