Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing installation experience.
• Texas plumbing license (Tradesman or Journeyman preferred).
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and communication.
• Commitment to doing the job right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Install water heaters (tank and tankless).
• Install water softeners and filtration systems.
• Perform whole-home repipes.
• Install sewer and water service lines.
• Install fixtures, faucets, toilets, and garbage disposals.
• Complete gas line installations.
• Perform excavation-related plumbing installations when required.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the job.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle.
• Complete all required documentation using ServiceTitan.
• Work closely with technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience.
