Job summary

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, LLC is seeking an Installation Tech to perform the installation of water heaters, water softeners, filtration systems, and related lines for residential and light commercial clients. The role emphasizes safety, customer satisfaction, and adherence to codes, with ongoing training and franchise-level support.

Responsibilities include documenting work, maintaining a clean vehicle, measuring performance, and explaining services to customers to ensure 100% satisfaction

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of verifiable plumbing experience in residential plumbing installations.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Valid Texas Tradesman or Journeyman's Plumbing License.
• Must be able to work extended hours, and occasional weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs.
• Must possess all necessary tolls to perform installations including but not limited to basic hand tolls, drills, saws and torches.

Responsibilities

• Installs water heaters, water softeners, water filtration systems, sewer and water service lines and gas lines.
• Is responsible for compliance with all local plumbing codes.
• Maintains accurate documentation of installations including all required forms and photos of work.
• Submits all completed paper work in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and properly stocked service vehicle.
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service.
• Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly.
• Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed.
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.
• Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times.

Job Summary

• Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
