Job summary

Call The Bee is seeking a skilled Plumbing Installer licensed in CT to install, repair, and test residential plumbing systems. Competitive sign-on bonus up to $2K based on experience is offered.

Alternative schedules include four 10-hour shifts weekly and various 11am–9pm windows, with nights and weekends possible. We require 3+ years as a plumbing installer, CT license (P1/P2) preferred, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience as a plumbing installer or similar role.
• CT plumbing license (P1 or P2) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing installations, repairs and maintenance (water heaters, toilets, faucets).
• Experience with Service Titan or similar software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Job Responsibilities

• Plumbing System Installation & Repairs - Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs
• System Inspections & Testing - Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential settings
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics - Identify issues, troubleshoot system malfunctions, and provide effective solutions to customers
• Customer Interaction - Communicate with customers to inform them of issues, recommended solutions, and service outcomes
• Code Compliance - Ensure all installations and repairs comply with national, state, and local plumbing codes
• Cost Estimates & Service Calls - Respond to customer inquiries, handle service call-outs, and prepare cost estimates for plumbing services
• Record Keeping - Utilize Service Titan software to document repairs, maintenance, and service calls accurately
• Safety Compliance - Follow industry safety standards to ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
• Customer Service - Deliver exceptional service with a professional and customer-focused approach

Qualifications

• Experience - 3+ years of experience as a plumbing installer or a similar role
• Certifications - Plumbing certification or equivalent experience from a technical/trade school is preferred
• Technical Expertise - Strong knowledge of plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, including water heaters, toilets, faucets, and common fixtures
• Service Software - Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus
• Communication Skills - Strong communication and listening skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
• Attention to Detail - Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to all plumbing codes and regulations
• Customer-Focused - A commitment to delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Driver's License - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
