Job summary

Bell Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Air in Hayward, CA is seeking an experienced Plumbing Install Lead to join our growing team. You will install and fit pipes, supervise junior staff, and ensure projects meet quality and safety standards. This is a full-time role with overtime opportunities.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experiencedPlumbing Install Leadto join our growing team! The successful candidate should be able to work efficiently, have great attention to detail, have exceptional multi-tasking skills, be organized, and be able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position. Must be available to work full shifts plus overtime.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cutting, assembling, and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g., electrical wiring)
• Use various plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.)
• Demonstrate respect and compassion when communicating with clients on work performed and on recommendations for repairs or replacement
• Complete all tasks per company quality and safety standards

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to handle physical workload (ability to lift 75lbs)
• Strong communication and customer service skills, friendly and approachable
• Analytical, focused on quality, and results-driven
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
