Peterman Brothers in Louisville, KY, is hiring Plumbing Install Technicians to install and replace home plumbing systems. You’ll educate customers on new equipment and ensuring 5-star service in every interaction.

Requirements include 6 months to 1 year plumbing install experience, a clean driving record, and a high school diploma or GED. We offer a guaranteed 40-hour weekly paycheck and generous benefits in a growing plumbing team.

Responsibilities

The Role

Our Plumbing Install technicians install and replace systems within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, educating them on their new equipment and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.

What You’ll Do

• Install plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment (from water heaters to compressors to valves...you know it all)!
• Consistently represent yourself as a professional and "industry knowledgeable" which will in return lead to new referrals and repeat business!
• Build a healthy relationship with field leadership, and peers.
• Explain plumbing equipment to customers.
• Actively participate in training exercises, morning meetings, and company events

What You’ll Need

• Strong mechanical knowledge
• 6 months to a 1 year of plumbing install experience is a plus
• Strong desire to grow and develop your team
• Clean and safe driving record
• High school diploma or GED
