Inframark, Katy, TX is seeking an Inspector I to inspect residential and commercial external plumbing lines connected to sewer systems and verify compliance with applicable codes and materials.

You will perform pre-site and final inspections, review tap installations, and document pass/fail results for grease traps. This role requires physical stamina, willingness to work varied shifts, and clear, professional communication with customers and team members.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year related experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with insurable driving record.
• Ability to operate tools including jack hammer and demolishing saw.
• Comfortable working around water and raw sewage.
• Clear and professional communication; positive customer experience.
• Physically capable to lift 50-80 pounds and climb stairs.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect residential and commercial lines for approved materials and pipe sizes.
• Perform taps to sewer mains for external lines.
• Conduct pre-site and final inspections; inspect sub-contractor repairs.
• Submit work orders for issues found; issue pass/fail notifications for grease traps.
• Work all shifts including weekends, holidays, and on-call.
