Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is hiring entry-level Plumbing Inspection Apprentices. You will observe and inspect residential plumbing systems, document findings, and gain hands-on training from Charlotte’s premier residential service team.

This role offers real-world experience, coaching, and a clear career pathway from Day One. No prior experience is required; recent high school graduates or early-career workers are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined and eager to work with their hands.

• Able to pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Observe and inspect home plumbing systems and document findings.
• Receive real-world training and hands-on coaching from experienced plumbers.
• Build fundamentals of residential plumbing starting Day One.
• Contribute to a customer‑facing service team and support franchise operations.
