DSG in Saginaw, MI is seeking a Plumbing & HVAC Counter Sales Associate for a full-time, hourly role. The position focuses on assisting customers at the City Desk with orders and product information, while supporting warehouse tasks as needed.

You will write and process orders, generate quotes, provide troubleshooting, and collaborate with the sales team to resolve issues. The role offers ESOP and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of college or technical school or equivalent field experience in Plumbing & HVAC.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and customer service mindset.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication and service skills across settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary facilitator for customer orders at the City Desk.
• Assist customers with product inquiries in a professional manner.
• Write and occasionally fill orders accurately and timely.
• Generate customer quotations and follow up as necessary.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support.
• Work with sales team to resolve customer service issues.
• Restock counter area by product brand and location.
• Monitor inventory and identify damaged products.
• Maintain a clean and appealing counter display area.
• Encourage sale of additional products as applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
