Job summary

We seek 1+ year of customer service or counter sales experience, strong product knowledge, and excellent communication skills. The position emphasizes building relationships with customers and supporting the Profit Center team to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in customer service or counter sales; contractor sales preferred.
• Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center.
• Outstanding customer service, verbal communication, and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Confidently assist customers who purchase and/or pick up merchandise at the Profit Center.
• Accurately process and fill Sales Orders at the counter.
• Attract and retain customers and help meet revenue targets with PCM guidance.
• Provide customers with reliable product information, pricing, and availability.
