Job summary

1-800-Plumber +Air is seeking a motivated Helper / Apprentice who thrives in a team environment and loves learning. You will assist our Plumbers and HVAC techs on installations, repairs, and service, providing top-notch customer experiences and on-the-job training throughout the year.

The ideal candidate works well with others but can also perform tasks independently, maintaining a friendly and positive attitude toward customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of current regulations within the plumbing field.
• Must pass background check.
• Must pass drug screen.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of licensed plumber or HVAC tech on the job.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Perform miscellaneous task on plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Report documents of any problems and action taken.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems.
• Be able to cut assemble pipes with knowledge to existing infrastructure.
