Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1+ year of plumbing helper experience preferred (not required).
• Mindset: Reliable, eager to learn, with a strong desire to become a licensed plumber.
• Skills: Good communication, willingness to work flexible hours, ability to follow directions.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, background check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced plumbers with residential service, repairs, and installations.
• Learn to diagnose plumbing issues and use tools/equipment properly.
• Maintain truck inventory and ensure tools are organized.
• Communicate with dispatch, managers, and team members.
• Keep a clean, professional appearance and represent Boothe’s with pride.
• Participate in training and development to advance your skills.
• Safely follow all workplace and safety procedures.
