Job summary

Boothe’s Heating, Air, Plumbing, Drains & Electrical is hiring HVAC Apprentices to learn a skilled trade with on-the-job training and guidance toward certification.

You’ll work with experienced techs on residential and light-commercial systems, earn while you learn, and receive paid time off and benefits as you grow within the company.

Apprentice license is required by start date; EPA certification help is offered; a valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• License Apprentice license required (must have by start date).
• EPA Certification preferred (we can help you get it).
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, background check, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations for residential and light-commercial HVAC systems.
• Work with air conditioners, furnaces, packaged units, ductwork, thermostats, zoning systems, filters, and wiring.
• Safely use tools, gauges, and equipment necessary to complete tasks.
• Keep company vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with tools/parts.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent Boothe’s with professionalism.
• Follow safety protocols and all local/national codes.
• Grow your skills every day through shadowing, training, and hands-on experience.
