Job summary

TalentSphere is seeking a Plumbing Foreman for commercial projects, including hospitals, laboratories, universities, and healthcare facilities. This role leads field crews on complex plumbing installations and medical gas systems.

You will read drawings, coordinate crews, ensure safety and quality, mentor apprentices, and deliver projects on schedule. The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, problem solving, and career growth within our growing construction services team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Leadership experience as a Foreman, Lead, or senior field leader.
• Medical gas installation experience in healthcare environments.
• ASSE 6010 Medical Gas Installer Certification and/or ASSE 6040 Medical Gas Maintenance Personnel Certification.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and applicable codes.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and coordination drawings.
• Commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities
