Job summary

WBG is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to supervise and coordinate plumbing crews on large-scale projects in the Columbia, SC area, managing layout, installation, and testing while ensuring compliance with blueprints and safety regulations. You will communicate with project managers and inspectors, oversee materials and scheduling, and drive daily reporting to maintain project flow.

Requires at least 5 years as Foreman or Lead Plumber and the ability to lead 10+ tradesmen;

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Foreman or Lead Plumber in commercial construction.
• Proven ability to lead field crews of 10+.
• Experience reading blueprints accurately.
• Strong understanding of plumbing codes, systems, and commercial layouts.
• Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred. OSHA certification preferred.

• Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirement of job.
• Must have valid SC Driver’s License
