Job summary

WBG, a leading construction and HVAC firm, is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead on-site crews and ensure high-quality installations in fast-paced projects.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years as a foreman in commercial plumbing, are skilled at reading blueprints, and uphold safety. This on-site role offers competitive pay and growth within a reputable firm committed to precision and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Foreman or Lead Plumber in commercial construction.
• Proven ability to lead field crews of 10+.
• Experience planning for the next day/week to avoid wasted time or materials.
• Maintain production efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong focus on job site safety for self and crew.
• Have experience in reading blueprints accurately.
• Strong understanding of plumbing codes, systems, and commercial layouts.
• Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirement of job.
• Must have valid SC Driver’s License
