Built on a foundation of quality workmanship, integrity, and strong customer relationships, we continue to grow and are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to help lead our field operations.

This position is ideal for a hands‑on construction professional who thrives in a leadership role, takes pride in delivering high‑quality work, and enjoys mentoring the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise commercial plumbing crews on a variety of construction projects
• Coordinate daily manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to maintain production goals
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing layouts to ensure accurate installation
• Oversee installation activities while maintaining quality standards and project schedules
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, General Contractors, and other trades to ensure efficient project execution
• Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes, safety requirements, and company standards
• Maintain accurate daily reports, timekeeping records, material tracking, and jobsite documentation
• Train, mentor, and develop apprentices and field personnel
• Promote a strong safety culture and enforce all company safety policies and procedures
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to keep projects moving forward

What You Bring

• 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
• 2+ years of foreman, lead plumber, or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, installation methods, and jobsite coordination
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Experience coordinating work with multiple trades on active construction sites
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and productivity
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass pre‑employment screening
