Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead field operations for the plumbing scope on major projects in Texas. You will manage manpower, production, quality, safety, and coordination with the overall project team.

The role requires active plumbing licensure and a track record of supervising 5+ crew members on large-scale high-rise or hospitality projects. Travel to Midland or DFW may be required.

Qualifications

• Active plumbing license.
• Experience leading and QC'ing plumbing field crews of 5+ employees.
• Experience on high-rise multifamily, hospitality, or similar large-scale projects.
• Experience with pressure zoning systems, particularly in high-rise construction.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and installation standards.
• Ability to effectively manage manpower, materials, schedules, and field production.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• Hydronic and/or piping experience is a plus.
• Stable employment history preferred.
• Motivated, collaborative, and long-term growth-oriented.
