Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Plumbing Designer.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, sprinkler, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with NYC DOB filings, approvals, and objection resolution.
• Experience preparing and obtaining DEP site connection approvals and cross-connection control approvals.
• Proven ability to address and resolve DEP objections and permit‑related issues.
• Strong understanding of NYC Building Codes, DEP regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and related engineering software.
• Ability to read, interpret, and review architectural and construction plans.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of taking ownership of projects from concept through approval and construction.

Compensation: $140,000 per year
